The 9th iFresh Asian Fruit & Vegetable Exhibition

The 9th iFresh Asia Fruit & Vegetable Exhibition has launched From 14th—16th November in Shanghai New International Expo Center. The iFresh Information Ltd and the China Fruit Marketing Association co-host this biggest and most professional fruit & vegetable exhibition in mainland China. This year’s fair focuses on innovation as its theme with the purpose of promoting the development trends of standardization, marketing and branding that is happening in the Chinese fruit sector.


This year, the iFresh expo covers an area of 12,000 square meters with more than 450 exhibitors and 35,687 professional visitors in three days. The on-site intent trading turnover is about 279 billion RMB.

The iFresh expo attracted more than 20 Chinese and foreign production groups and exhibitors, Shaanxi pavilion, Guangxi pavilion, Hainan pavilion, Pingliang pavilion, Lingbao pavilion, Egypt pavilion, Australia, New Zealand, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Uk, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Kenya , Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Chinese Taipei, Korea, Japan, USA etc




Chinese growers, retailers and suppliers from across the country travelled down to Shanghai to showcase newly harvested fruits and industry supplies. The fresh apple and pear varieties, large amounts of kiwifruit, citrus, melons, and tropical produce from the South of China, such as mangoes, papaya and wax apples and other numerous landmark products globally are gathered at the scene of the iFresh Fair.





The exhibition provides a strong overview of the Chinese fresh produce market and trends. Most exhibitors and attendees are domestic, but it could be an opportunity for foreign visitors who want to explore the market.




During the exhibition, a number of events were staged that celebrated local and domestic industry players, including introductions of Shaanxi fruit growers and Luochuan apples producers, and award ceremonies that celebrated domestic fruit growers and marketing companies. 


The China Fruit Marketing Summit is also held. Important guests are invited, such as the Australian Assistant to the Deputy Prime Minister, the Chairman of Pagoda etc. and The Australian stone fruit association welcomed a visit of the Australian Assistant to the Deputy Prime Minister to welcome the first Australian nectarines shipped to China.


In three days exhibition, the exhibitors and visitors were pleased with attendance and visitors.
